1. All liquids and breakable materials must be removed and packed into containers or waste baskets - wrap breakables in paper for protection.

2. Current working papers, contents of letter trays, pencils, clips, etc. are to be placed in envelopes and sealed.

3. Telephones, electrical and lighting equipment attached to desks must be removed. Make arrangements with the telephone company, and where necessary with electricians for this service.

1. These items must be emptied into containers.

2. Movers will supply special equipment such as rolling bins, library and merchandise racks, if necessary.

1. Locking files is not a necessity as files will be safely transported without being locked.

1. Remove all loose casters and place in containers.

2. Loose pads should be tied to chair.

1. All are to be left on wall.

2. Small pictures are to be packed in containers.

1. A tagging code will be established by the Planning Department of Meyer's.

2. Every item of equipment will be tagged by the Mover or company. "DO NOT MOVE" tags will be placed on items to be discarded. Sufficient coded tags will be left with all personnel, to be placed on containers when they are packed.

3. It will be unnecessary for anyone to tag any item with their name or any other mark of identification. Meyer's tagging system will insure the placing of all units in their exact locations, unless instructed otherwise.

1. In packing cartons, be careful not to have contents overflow. If assistance is required, Meyer's will be glad to provide expert packers.
